Good Grief Giveaway!

Now, I ask you:

HOW MANY COPIES OF THIS GREAT BOOK DO I NEED?

obviously, at some point I thought I needed THREE of them...

Well, it's a great book - "Pieced Borders"by Judy Martin and Marsha McCloskey...But I do think one copy will do fine for me, and I've been cleaning up...

SO I AM GIVING AWAY TWO COPIES to two people. Just leave a comment below, and I will pick the two winners using the magical random number generator...Be sure to comment in a way that I can contact you (not anonymously).

(Sorry, no international shipping)D

Deadline to comment is June 30.. Winner will be notified on July 1.

OH - and be sure to become a follower - because there will be more giveaways coming in the next few weeks... cleaning up, cleaning up, giving away, giving away!!

Happy quilting to all,

Kate

Hi Kate, Thanks for offering the borders book. I can really use it.
We both are Sunnies and I have been admiring your quilts and your blog for several months. You probably have used the book for border inspiration.

That looks like a fabulous book. As queen of the blah border, I need all the help I can get.
Your kitties sound amazing. My late kitty was not a good traveler. She would howl from the minute she was put in her carrier until we reached our destination.

How nice for you to do this! Will definitely put it to good use. Love to look at quilting books.

Thanks for cleaning out your stash to all of your readers! What a cool book, it would help in a couple of tops I've set aside because they need a little more than just a plain border.

Hi Kate; I'm a big Judy Martin fan. Try to get all her books, but somehow don't have this one. Would appreciate winning this from you. BTW I love your blog. So glad you took the kitties on vacation, those pet motels are not good for family pets/ ask me how I know. I hope you enjoy the little featherweight ;-) someone stole mine out of my car after a quilting class I taught at a local high school ;-(. Anne. aka

Hi Kate!

I completely understand how you ended up with 3 books. . . I do that myself fairly often.

I don't believe that I have ever seen this book before. . . and I'm always on the hunt for books about borders.

I love the pics in your previous posts & think your kitty looks good with his haircut.

Oh boy do I need a book like this...I hate doing borders, because they are usually just plain, and boring. I like piecing, so probably making pieced borders would be more to my tastes, and spice up my quilts a bit too!! Love your blog, have joined as a follower. Good luck getting all cleaned out and organized - need to do a little of that myself! Amber

Hi, great blog. I followed your comment on Stashbuster and would just love to be one of the lucky receiptents of the book giveaway. Where in NY do you live? I have lived in NY my whole life and have made that trip to NC twice, once with two teenage boys and think I would rather do it with two cats!
