Well, what the heck happened to January????
I can't believe I last blogged on New Year's Eve.................. wow..........
This month has been a blur of "life stuff" - and business stuff...
* a big decision about a possible new job - completed !
* a trip to Miami to participate in a leadership development conference - completed?
* a trip to North Carolina to see family - some big family health and eldercare problems have arisen - those will be ongoing for a while, I fear..........
So, have I sewn and quilted? Yes..........
But, I haven't had the patience to do any of my fancy stuff...
Instead, I have enjoyed working on donation quilts - for kids. Some made by me - some pieced by others and then quilted by me. Here are some pics. The first one is from a block lottery:

Then I made two tops from Mary's Quick Strippie patterns, found on Maryquilts.com. It's so easy and quick and fun !
So, I'm sewing away - and now get to snuggle up with some kitties and watch a football game -
