I confess, I'm completely baffled by what this could be. Maybe something painted on the walls of a subway tunnel? But why the soothing music?
Will you post the answer at some point? It will be fun to find out what it is.

As soon as I clicked "submit comment" I figured it out - it must be an elevator! I still don't get where the colors come from (a glass elevator in a neon-filled city and it's raining outside?!?), but that at least explains the soothing music. :)
